Starting anew

I have to say that i haven't really done very well in the weightloss/ exercise department this fall. it started out good but then my circumstances changed. so i have decided to start anew with the things and foods that are readily available around here.

As it is Idaho and most days right now is any where from 0 to 10 degrees out there, and there is snow and ice, i am not sure how much walking and other outside activities i will be doing right now. I am planning on tracking the same way for now (exercises and intake).

Basic Goals -
  • 1600 calories daily
  • multi vitamins day
  • Omega 3, 6, & 9 daily
  • 150 oz of H2O daily
  • 300-500 mins exercise weekly
  • 4-5 c green tea daily
Some of the exercises i have planned to do are :
  • the 100- situps (3x a week)
  • the 100-pushups (3x a week)
  • 45 mins walking outside 2x a week
  • 30 mins dancing with the stars video (3x a week)
  • 30 mins total gym (3x a week)
Rest days will be sunday and i will be weighing in then as well.

So today i weighed 263.0 lbs.
Which is actually about where i have been for the last 3 or 4 weeks.

More later (maybe :P ).

  1. Track, track, track, track, track. Need I emphasize one more huge one? TRACK! Even if it's with pencil and paper in a handy dandy notebook. Track it! Good goals. Run in place while watching TV shows. Just do it! ♥

"This is it! There is no turning back now." she said to herself as she stepped forward. She had prepared for this day for months now and was not going to make excuses any more. As she opened the door she took a deep breath. She could smell fresh air warmed by the sun. It was refreshing; as if she was waking up from a long, dreamless sleep. Sara Livingston
