Its me, again........ Finally.

Well looks like i've dropped the ball again. Its been 2 yrs since i last was on here. WOW. I didnt think it had been THAT long.
       Well i have decided to try again.   I have been busy and lets face it, lazy. I wont bore you with my life story for the past two years. Lifes pretty much the same.
      I decided to join a gym here in town last november because my work offers a discount. Thier scale said i was 20 lbs heavier than the one i use at home so im not sure which is right. so ive decided not to set to much in store by that. Im going by inches and how well my clothing fit. I have been going between 3-4 times a week. Also got my little sister to sign up in january.   Its been good we keep each other going.
      i have lost 14.5 inches since jan. 23rd this year. which is surprising because i cant really tell the difference unless i wear one particular pair of pants. I guess ive gained a bit of muscle because the scale says i havent lost more than 5 lbs.   However i am very proud of myself.  
     I have been going to zumba at least once a week. The classes are fun for the most part.   I also try to swim 60 - 90 mins at least once a week but havent for the last month and a half or so because my sister doesnt like too.    I try to work out 90 mins a day 3 times a week and 45 mins two days a week.   I figured out that i dont need to continue waiting for poeple to want to do what i want to and I should start taking care of Me.
      I have also changed my diet ideas.   I like juicing, it helps me feel good but i dont do it as often as i want because of how much it cost to juice enough for those of us who want it.I am trying t eat 80 % raw foods and 20 % cooked.  Right now im running about 50/50.   With food as hard as it is to get around here i feel bad not eating what they fix me.   I WILL be 80 % if not 90% when i can get a garden going.  As well as juicing once a day. I have been using a lot of chia seed in my water and food. Its pretty good.  I am trying to grow micro greens and sprouts and want to gather wild greens as soon as i can.  I am not tracking calories because its a big pain and time consuming. i estimate i stay between 1200 and 2000 calories a day.


Well im gonna call it a night. Sorry for the novel and not posting for two years. lol. I will try and post something once a week.

ummmmm... Hi again.

all right so i have been mia for a while. but im still going. i just have been busy and most of the time computerless, so ya. im not the best blogger in the world.

i am now working full time (which is great) and have been trying to keep up on the weightloss front but am not down very much but keep losing the same 10 lbs over and over and over again.
so i am trying to figure out how to work in exercise around my job and might be posting ideas or "The Plan" up here in a few days(probably my day off).
